Still my favorite supercell of all time.
Emotionally this one just hit different.
There was a period right after the sun went down where I was lucky enough to position myself just right, and watch this thing skirt past me.
Time lapse was rolling and so was the music.
Just me and the best of what Mother Nature has to offer out in the Kansas corn fields.
There was a sense of peace and gratitude like I’ve never felt in my life.
I just remember thinking over and over again that if I were to die in this moment,
I know that everything would be alright.
That my life had played out exactly to
I kept thinking of how lucky I was to witness something like this on our planet,
and just how few people ever will.
It was an experience one really can’t describe or pass on in words,
something that can only experienced for ones self.
** funny thing is there are a few night time tornadoes in the time-lapse that I obviously couldn’t see at the time (just intense rotation on radar) as this thing moved right past me.
Maybe I am sick and twisted. 😂🙏🏻
Blessings. - Ty
